Hawfields Child Care is dedicated to providing quality child care for families while offering infants, toddlers, preschool age, and school age children with the optimum environment for intellectual, physical, social and emotional growth, fostering educational readiness.
What are Your Employee Benefits?
Holiday Pay:
All employees, full time and part time, receive holiday pay based on their work schedule.
Vacation Pay:
Full time employees receive up to 4 weeks of paid vacation based on years of service.
Part time employees receive up to 2 weeks of paid vacation based on years of service and a minimum number of weekly hours.
Personal Leave:
Full time employees receive up to 10 personal days each year based on work schedule.
Jury Duty Pay:
All employees who are summoned for Jury Duty will receive differential pay for each day the employee is asked to serve, for up to 5 days, based on their work schedule.
Staff Development:
Our Center pays for all staff members in-service training classes and will also pay for one college-level class per semester. Staff members will receive a $100 education bonus upon the successful completion of their college-level class.
Meal Service:
Breakfast, Lunch, and Afternoon Snack will be provided by our Center for all teachers and staff.

Our teachers and staff work with our Director's guidance and leadership and assume responsibility for working creatively to produce the results necessary to help fulfill the goals and objectives of our Center.
